About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Manager to own and grow a book of healthcare customers within a high-growth, venture-backed company.
This is not customer support — you’re responsible for retention, expansion, and revenue performance .
What You’ll Do
Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts
Drive upsell + cross-sell revenue
Build strong customer relationships and uncover growth opportunities
Prioritize high-value accounts and recover at-risk ones
Track performance and maintain clean CRM data
What You Need
2–4+ years B2B Account Management or Sales (required)
Healthcare / medical sales experience preferred
Proven track record of growing an existing book of business
Strong commercial mindset (revenue-focused, not support-oriented)
Ability to manage multiple accounts at once
$90K–$110K base | Up to $200K OTE (uncapped)
