Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive for a full-time role based in Lincoln, NE. The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with clients, promote advertising opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new business, preparing and delivering effective sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Some work-from-home flexibility is offered in this hybrid role.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record in business development and client relationship management.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience tailoring sales strategies to diverse clients and industries.

Familiarity with digital advertising and marketing trends, as well as traditional media platforms.

Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Previous experience in media sales or a related field is preferred but not required
