
Director, Field Marketing & Events

As Director, Field Marketing & Events, you will own Bidease's global events strategy, field programs, and executive experiences that generate pipeline and strengthen relationships with senior mobile app marketers. Open to Hybrid onsite in SF or NY as well as fully remote US-based hires.
Key Responsibilities
Own Bidease's global field marketing and events strategy across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
Build and manage the annual events calendar aligned with company growth priorities, identifying the most important events in the mobile app growth ecosystem.
Determine where Bidease should sponsor, host, speak, or activate — across industry conferences, executive dinners, invite-only leadership experiences, regional roundtables, partner events, and customer programs.
Align event strategy with sales priorities and target accounts, setting meeting and opportunity targets for each event.
Track pipeline and revenue influence through CRM, ensuring field marketing drives measurable pipeline and opportunities.
Build scalable systems for event production and logistics, including vendor and partner management, budget ownership, registration systems, speaker coordination, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up workflows.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience leading global field marketing or events for B2B companies.
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and executing global conference strategies.
Background in mobile advertising, ad tech, or SaaS preferred.
