Job Details Support Superintendent in daily on-site construction operations Coordinate subcontractors and monitor work for quality and compliance Assist with project scheduling and sequencing of trades Enforce jobsite safety standards and participate in safety meetings Track daily progress and maintain accurate field reports Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for field execution Assist with inspections and ensure work meets project requirements Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics Communicate effectively with project team, subcontractors, and vendors Identify and help resolve field issues and conflicts Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and efficiency Support punch list completion and project closeout activities Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field Experience supporting ground-up construction projects Familiarity with multifamily or mixed-use construction Working knowledge of construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment Interested in hearing more?
