
CMBS Securitization Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical, motivated, and detail-oriented CMBS Securitization Analyst to support the execution of commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions. This role offers direct exposure to securitization deal flow, commercial real estate credit analysis, and capital markets execution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze commercial mortgage loan pools, including property-level financials, borrower profiles, and loan structures
Prepare, reconcile, and tie out loan data tapes in coordination with accounting teams
Draft and review loan summaries and offering materials alongside legal counsel and transaction parties
Support the preparation of investor presentations, offering memoranda, and marketing materials
Respond to investor inquiries and assist in marketing securitized products
Interface with rating agencies, servicers, trustees, and other transaction stakeholders
Coordinate across originators, underwriters, legal teams, and investors throughout the securitization lifecycle
Assist with transaction administration, including data room management, document execution, and SEC filings
Monitor trends across commercial real estate and structured finance markets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
1-3 years of experience in CMBS, structured finance, commercial real estate finance, or related area
Strong understanding of CRE lending, underwriting, and securitization processes
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SEC regulations, REMIC structures, and risk retention rules
Experience with property valuation and real estate financial analysis
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
