$21-25 an hour Schedule
Saturday-Wednesday, 9 AM – 6 PM Benefits

The Leasing Professional executes the community’s leasing and renewal strategies to achieve targeted revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, securing lease renewals, and ensuring resident satisfaction. The role combines sales, customer service, and marketing to effectively lease apartment homes and build strong relationships with guests and residents. Responsibilities
Engage with prospective residents through lead management software, email, phone calls, appointments, and follow-up in accordance with company policies. Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding residents through the application, tax credit, and move-in processes. Explain leasing documentation, community rules and policies, apartment functions, and emergency procedures to ensure move-in satisfaction. Assist with administration of lease agreements, addendums, renewals, and prospect screening while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Inspect apartments prior to move-in to ensure move-in readiness. Maintain Yardi and related resident management data in a timely manner (rent charges, occupants, lease dates, etc.). Record traffic information daily and maintain resident files per policy. Assist with tax credit program compliance related to move-ins and recertifications. Participate in resident events, community programming, and local
on-profit programs. Support marketing and leasing efforts, including social media, reputation management, advertising, market surveys, collateral, curb appeal, and pricing. Follow established policies related to concessions and marketing programs. Ensure show-ready units by inspecting, communicating maintenance needs, and completing touch-ups as needed. Assist with front desk duties and general office tasks as assigned. Respond to resident questions and issues promptly; work with Resident Relations to deescalate concerns. Maintain closing ratios and program scores aligned with company goals. Stay informed about market and competitor conditions affecting occupancy and sales. Maintain safe, presentable physical assets and complete needed cleaning. Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, and guests. Complete tasks by deadlines and communicate obstacles to supervision. Collaborate respectfully with peers and other departments. Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience; previous multifamily leasing experience preferred. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents. Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform duties.
