Job Description The Ocean Import/Export Forwarder will oversee and manage the logistics of air imports, including shipment tracking, documentation, and client communication. This role is essential for coordinating the end‑to‑end process of ocean import shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while meeting all compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Track and trace shipments using Cargowise software

Coordinate with clients, international colleagues, and various vendors, such as airlines, warehouses, and trucking companies

Manage billing processes and audit vendor invoices

Organize delivery of air imports and process necessary documentation

Approve freight invoices and credit notes in alignment with agreements

Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations and develop a strong understanding of client agreements

Qualifications

Experience:

1-3 years in freight forwarding; experience in ocean import/export logistics is highly preferred

Education:

Open to various educational backgrounds

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, process‑oriented, able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Software:

1+ years of experience with Cargowise is highly preferred

Languages:

Fluency in English
