Are you a bilingual P&C agent looking for a role that puts you in front of warm, ready-to-buy customers every single day? Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency embedded inside one of the most successful automotive dealerships in Southern California, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join their growing team.
This is not a cold calling role. You will be working directly with customers at the point of sale inside a high-traffic dealership environment, helping them protect their vehicles, homes, and assets through a trusted network of carrier partners.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (required)

What You Will Do
Meet with dealership customers and assess their insurance needs Recommend and sell home, auto, and personal lines products Build relationships with referral contacts to generate new business Provide exceptional service throughout the entire client experience Collaborate with dealership colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey Follow up with clients and prospects to drive retention and growth What We Are Looking For
Active California Property and Casualty License (required) Minimum 4 years of insurance sales experience Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin (required) Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Team player who can also work independently The Details
