Overview
Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Database Management Analyst to collaborate with a diverse and high-performing team dedicated to mission success.
Job Summary Support Navy C4I programs by managing, optimizing, and securing critical databases that support operational decision-making. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining relational database systems, ensuring data integrity and availability, developing reports and dashboards, and maintaining cybersecurity compliance for naval systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets related to Navy logistics, finance, and workforce operations
Maintain and manage databases supporting application tracking systems (e.g., DADMS, TWMS)
Develop technical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate insights to leadership
Validate and ensure data integrity in compliance with DoD IT portfolio management and cybersecurity requirements
Identify opportunities to improve organizational performance, workflows, and business processes
Utilize Navy/DoD systems (e.g., ERP, DTS, PRT) to track metrics, budgets, and assets
Serve as a central point of contact for data calls and support audit readiness activities
Requirements
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
3 years of experience in database administration, testing, and implementation
Demonstrated experience managing database systems and development environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills
Ability to communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s level degree in a related field
Security Clearance A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance is/may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.

Posted Salary Range USD $100,000.00 – USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
