Job Responsibilities
Demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills Taking orders over the phone and in person Dealing with customer concerns Cash handling Upselling Making Domino’s high quality pizzas Food and portion control Hygiene and food safety Food preparation General cleaning duties Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Essential Functions and Physical Requirements
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Must be able to make correct monetary change Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Ability to push or pull trays on a dolly weighing 24-30 pounds Navigate stairs or climb a ladder infrequently for maintenance purposes Forward bending, stooping, and squatting for periods of 30-45 seconds as needed Reaching upward, downward, and forward constantly Eye-hand coordination for continuous hand tasks, including shaping pizza dough Additional Information
