Responsibilities
Mentorship and Training – Observe seasoned agents and participate in industry‑leading training and role‑playing exercises.
Lead Generation – Apply PLACE lead‑generation systems weekly to enhance acquisition capabilities.
Open Houses – Conduct open houses that attract prospective buyers and sellers to our listings.
Communication – Cultivate relationship‑building skills, turning conversations into valuable appointments.
Script Practice – Participate in weekly script practice sessions to hone skills.
Team Collaboration – Engage in team activities fostering camaraderie and inclusion.
Coaching & Training – Receive personalized coaching, interactive training, and partner calls to share insights.
Client Consultation – Use established systems and technology to assist buyers throughout the home‑purchasing process.
Home Selection – Identify properties aligning with clients’ needs and secure signed buyer agreements.
Negotiation – Apply effective scripts and strategies to negotiate offers that exceed client expectations.
Support Services – Rely on our support team to manage 75% of tasks typically required of a buyer’s agent.
Technology Utilization – Leverage advanced PLACE technology to streamline client support and deliver service excellence.
Qualifications
Self‑driven sales professional passionate about supporting the military community.
Strong interpersonal skills, connecting with people and finding solutions.
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads.
Comfortable handling objections.
Effective communicator dedicated to excellent service.
Completed real‑estate licensing classes (or willing to finish the remaining class upon joining).
Available to dedicate 30 hours per week to the real‑estate career.
Rapport building with military families.
Enjoys social interaction, draws energy from it.
Positive and cheerful attitude.
Track record of success in sales roles.
Ambitious with a history of goal achievement.
Comfortable spending significant driving time.
Ability to match clients’ needs with suitable homes.
