The Digital Banking Associate (DBA) serves as a specialized digital treasury expert supporting a dedicated portfolio of Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Private Bank clients. This role partners closely with Preferred Bankers, Relationship Managers, and Treasury partners to support client acquisition, onboarding, training, and ongoing digital banking adoption, allowing deal teams to focus on growth and strategy.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with bankers and relationship managers to support prospects and clients with digital treasury solutions
Serve as a client‑facing expert on Citizens’ digital banking and treasury platforms (e.g., Access Optima, Personal Online Banking, Cash Flow Essentials, file transmission, reporting, entitlements)
Prepare and deliver tailored digital platform demonstrations for prospective clients
Facilitate digital onboarding, including collecting information, pre‑filling documentation, and managing implementation timelines
Conduct client training on platform access, setup, payments, reporting, and navigation
Provide ongoing post‑implementation support and troubleshooting
Build trusted relationships with a defined client portfolio and deliver a high‑touch client experience
Gather client feedback and partner with product and digital teams to inform enhancements and improvements
Ensure adherence to security, authentication, and KYC protocols
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree
Treasury, cash management, or digital banking experience within financial services
Experience supporting high‑touch or high‑net‑worth clients
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
Experience supporting Private Equity, Venture Capital, or complex commercial clients
Familiarity with digital treasury platforms (e.g., Access Optima or similar)
Prior Experience Prior Citizens or private bank experience.
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
