About the Role As the Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate, you will be the analytical engine driving Wonder’s physical expansion. You will own the data models, market prioritization frameworks, and performance feedback loops that define our growth trajectory. Your mission is to ensure the Real Estate development team is equipped with data-driven insights to identify high-potential sites and optimize our delivery footprint across the US.

Responsibilities

Develop prioritization framework for all US markets, identifying top-tier DMAs and sub-markets based on demographic requirements

Provide detailed analytical reviews and data-backed assessments for all sites under consideration, ensuring they align with the broader expansion roadmap.

Maintain strategy files and internal databases, ensuring all pipeline activity is accurately reflected and compliant with established market strategies.

Prepare for monthly strategy meetings and publish comprehensive reports to evaluate strategy changes

Serve as the internal lead for geospatial and site-selection tools, overseeing model updates, delivery zone updates, user adoption, and team training.

Evaluate store performance against projected models; analyze ramp curves and sub-metric trends to refine site-selection criteria.
