Major Account Executive I (LATAM)
Responsibilities
Own a full-cycle sales motion across LATAM, including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and closing.
Manage and expand a defined book of existing customers while driving net new logo acquisition across the territory.
Position the full SmartBear product suite to align with customer needs across development, QA, and DevOps teams.
Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Leverage data, creativity, and AI tools to identify opportunities, personalize outreach, and accelerate deal cycles.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a closing sales role in a SaaS or technology company.
Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese (required).
Proven ability to manage both expansion and net new business within a territory.
A highly driven, persistent, and coachable mindset with a strong desire to exceed targets.
Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think creatively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience leveraging modern sales tools and AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
