Your Day-to-Day (aka the Playbook)

Help Brands Thrive:

Identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver impactful solutions. Showcase how our multi‑media content platforms and digital assets drive meaningful results for partners.

Make Connections:

Use persuasive skills to build genuine connections, display how clients can succeed, and turn sales into partnerships.

Be a Trusted Guide:

Connect with clients on a human level, understand their needs, and craft tailored sales and marketing solutions that deliver results.

Shake Things Up:

Challenge the status‑quo, embrace innovation, and bring fresh ideas to help elevate our brand and deliver results.

Identify Emerging Opportunities:

Spot market shifts, analyze data, and predict the next big thing to position clients and AMP for long‑term success.

What We're Looking For

Proven sales ability or a strong desire to learn.

Strong communication skills and proficiency with digital tools and applications.

A passion for helping others and delivering top‑notch customer service.

A competitive spirit and a drive to celebrate successes.

A willingness to grow, adapt, and embrace challenges in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

The Practical Stuff Valid driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and reliable transportation are required for client visits.

The Compensation Package Base salary range: $40,000 - $50,000. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, certifications, and geography. Full‑time positions include benefits such as retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation, personal time, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.

Training, Support & Career Growth Full‑time employees participate in a cohort‑based training program and ongoing mentorship to build long‑term growth opportunities.
