Business Development Representative – Oil & Gas & Commercial Sales (Hunter) Location: Permian Basin (Midland/Odessa and surrounding area), Lubbock, San Angelo, or Big Spring (Remote – work from home, but are expected to make face to face sales calls).

Job Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week), with strong potential to transition to full-time

Dana Torossi Business Solutions LLC is a growth-focused consulting firm that helps companies expand into new markets and solve pipeline and revenue challenges through targeted sales execution and strategic positioning.

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to generate new business across Oil & Gas and commercial sectors, including service-based businesses.

What You’ll Do:

Identify, prospect, and engage decision‑makers across Oil & Gas and commercial markets

Create new opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship‑building

Attend industry and local networking events to generate leads and build presence

Develop and qualify leads aligned with consulting and service‑based offerings

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategy and market approach

Maintain an organized pipeline and report on activity and results

What You Bring:

Demonstrated ability to generate your own opportunities, not rely on inbound leads

Experience in B2B sales, Oil & Gas, or commercial/service‑based industries is preferred but not required

Confidence engaging decision‑makers and initiating conversations

Strong communication, persuasion, and follow‑through

Self‑driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

You take ownership of results and are motivated by performance

What We Offer:

Part‑time salary of $33,000 – $39,000 annually

Annual performance‑based bonus up to 15% of annual salary

Flexible, remote work environment
