Key Responsibilities

Assigned basic federal subcontracts.

File appropriate contractual documents and follow filing rules.

Federal Subcontract Development

Prepare subcontract related documents and bidders list for assigned subcontracts.

Prepare and issue Requests for Proposals and support the bidding process.

Coordinate the bid evaluation process by distributing proposals, preparing the commercial portion of the bid tabulation, and collaborating with the technical team regarding the technical evaluation.

Coordinate the negotiation process, including preparation of commercial negotiation positions and scheduling/coordination of negotiation meetings with bidders and the project team.

Coordinate subcontracting documents.

Ensure subcontractor compliance with prequalification requirements.

Federal Subcontract Administration Responsibilities (if assigned)

Coordinate kick‑off and progress meetings; draft/issue meeting minutes.

Draft/log formal correspondence for assigned subcontracts.

Review and process invoices.

Perform Change Management duties for assigned subcontracts.

Closeout assigned subcontracts.

Management Responsibilities: Individual Contributor.

Minimum Qualifications All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Federal or Private Sector Contracting experience (1 year) preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Critical Thinking.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Acquisition Management, or a related field preferred.
