Partner with a leading organization in the financial services sector dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through robust financial solutions and exceptional client experiences. This role offers the opportunity to shape client communication, driving impactful strategies and enhancing the participant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of critical communication strategies, from crafting compelling client-facing messages to deploying digital assets.

Collaborate closely with marketing communications and client-facing teams to develop and assess innovative solutions that enhance communication strategies and participant experiences.

Drive efficiency and maximize impact by advising business partners on optimal resource utilization to achieve strategic goals.

Master end-to-end project management for communication requests, overseeing everything from proofing and content review to approvals and timely fulfillment across digital and print channels.

Develop and execute meticulously documented plans, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management with all partners throughout the request lifecycle.

Identify emerging trends and gather feedback to continuously improve efficiency, scale, and maintain a best-in-class participant experience.

Actively contribute to a vibrant culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement, supporting change management and team evolution.

Qualifications Must‑Have:

Bachelor's degree.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional project and time management skills; proven ability to personally manage multiple projects and drive them to smooth completion.

Detail‑oriented with a high‑achievement orientation, appropriate sense of urgency, and ability to thrive under tight timelines.

Exceptional relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence and motivate people without formal authority.

Data‑curious mindset, leveraging business results to help drive positive participant outcomes.

Demonstrated experience in marketing communication within financial services or another highly regulated industry.

Nice‑to‑Have:

Familiarity with enterprise‑level project management tools or similar workflow management platforms.

A positive demeanor, sense of humor, and the flexibility to operate effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and changing demands.
