Position Duration:

Until April 30, 2027

Purpose:

Advanced research initiatives by supporting collaborative, community-engaged projects focused on mental health.

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate quantitative and qualitative data collection across multiple research projects using approved methods; translate study results into visually engaging, accessible formats; oversee data cleaning, coding, and database management; maintain strong relationships with project partners; support collaborative research through communication, training coordination; provide support with writing, editing, reviewing scientific literature, and managing references and citations for grant proposals and journals.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related social science field with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Values contributions of others in the work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in a related social science field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting with large datasets.

Clinical or research experience in the mental health field.

Experience conducting multi-site evaluation and intervention studies.

Lived experience with mental health and passion for partnership with young people and community providers.

Compensation $50,000–$55,000 per year, depending on qualifications.

Working Conditions

Standard office conditions with repetitive keyboard use.

Ability to work remotely (located in greater Chicago, IL area).

Work Shift

Monday–Friday, flexible between 8am–6pm.

Background Check A criminal history background check will be required for finalists under consideration for this position.
