Premier, global, law firm seeks a full-time real estate paralegal for its Los Angeles, CA, office.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
Experience managing transactions from inception to closing
Strong project management skills, including checklists, organizational charts
Ability to manage portfolios of assets, multiple transactions
Experience in multiple areas of real estate, including purchase and sale, finance, leasing
Draft real estate forms, letters, closing documents under supervision of lawyers
Proficiency in entity formation, Secretary of State filings, resolutions, certificates, and authority documents
Review and analyze title, survey, zoning reports, and other due diligence
Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Self-starter with initiative, ability to anticipate issues and execute with precision and efficiency
Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication with clients, outside vendors, and other parties
Qualifications
10 + years of progressive and sophisticated commercial real estate experience within large law firms
Demonstrated success leading projects and driving cross functional collaboration
Strong oral and written communications

Compensation $150,000.00-$175,000.00, plus overtime and bonus (commensurate with experience).
