Serve as a compensation advisor to HCM Business Partners and divisional leadership, partnering to design, implement, and evolve business compensation programs aligned with firm strategy, talent priorities, and financial guardrails Support critical compensation processes including the annual compensation cycle, external benchmarking reviews, and review of campus hire offer structure Analyze and provide coordination support for special compensation programs (e.g., carried interest, commissions), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to governance standards Manage review and approval of various compensation transactions; partner with cross-functional HCM teams to advise and structure new hire compensation packages Participate in the design of compensation programs and policies, including modeling financial costs and implementation strategies Continuously seek improvement and automation opportunities, drive process change, and create efficiencies across the function Analyze hiring and turnover trends to understand market movement and advise senior stakeholders on approaches to attract and retain top talent Work closely with divisional finance teams to manage compensation budgets and centrally administer the year-end compensation process for the division Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics or a related field in HR preferred 3+ years of work experience in compensation or related field Proficient with large data sets and presenting results that tell a clear, compelling story Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while maintaining high quality Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to develop relationships across several HCM groups, and act as an effective liaison to meet client needs Ability to work with Excel on a day-to-day basis including XLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and other advanced formulas Thinks multiple steps ahead; anticipates potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced, global team environment Salary Range: The expected base salary for this New York, NY-based position is $85,000-$140,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Benefits
