As an Inbound Financial Services Representative you’ll be the trusted first point of contact for clients seeking support, guidance, and solutions for their banking needs.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and everyday banking needs.
Create meaningful, personalized conversations that build trust and deepen client relationships.
Understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend simple, effective solutions.
Educate clients on a wide range of banking products, including accounts, credit cards, loans, investments, and protection products.
Guide clients through digital banking tools and features, empowering them to bank with confidence anytime, anywhere.
Partner with internal specialists and refer clients when additional expertise supports their financial goals.

Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
