
Personal Assistant

A private family office is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a UHNW Principal. This role works in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and serves as a trusted extension of the Principal across personal priorities, lifestyle management, relationship stewardship, and cross‑functional coordination. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact position focused on optimizing the Principal’s time, energy, and overall effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Principal’s personal priorities, calendar, and to-do list, ensuring alignment with overall objectives and adequate preparation for key engagements
Prepare briefing materials, conduct research, and track decisions, action items, and follow-ups
Coordinate and manage relationships, including outreach, scheduling, milestone tracking, and execution of gifting strategies
Track philanthropic commitments, prepare summaries, and ensure timely follow‑through on pledges and discussions
Support confidential personal projects, including property initiatives, vendor research, and sensitive administrative matters
Coordinate healthcare, wellness appointments, and related records, ensuring proactive scheduling and follow‑up care
Serve as a liaison with household staff and support broader family needs, including wardrobe and lifestyle coordination
Maintain organized digital systems, assist with IT coordination, and track confidentiality‑related documentation
Prepare the Principal for events and engagements, including logistics, briefing notes, and post‑event follow‑up
Partner with internal staff, including the Executive Assistant and Travel Manager, to ensure seamless scheduling and travel coordination, while providing backup support as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience supporting a UHNW individual, family office, or senior executive
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong sense of ownership with the ability to manage responsibilities independently
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
High emotional intelligence and relationship awareness
Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
Compensation
$130-150k range
