As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your main responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting all interactions and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Making outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information as needed
Providing excellent customer service by actively listening and addressing customer concerns
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Documenting all interactions with customers accurately and maintaining customer records
Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance goals and targets
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
