Job Summary As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing them with excellent customer service and support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients and provide them with information about our properties and services
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our properties and services
Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and performance metrics
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed and knowledgeable service to clients
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
