Overview
BLT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our luxury community located in Jersey City. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing prospects and residents with exceptional sales and customer service, as well as maintaining awareness of all the happenings within the neighborhood and local rental market.
Duties & Responsibilities
Converting leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
Contributing to desired occupancy levels by conducting informative and personalized tours of the community that result in new leases
Building brand loyalty and achieving resident retention goals by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
Boosting traffic, interest, and excitement via social media platforms
Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three to four weekends per month with two days off during the week
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Office and OneSite products
Experience in property leasing, sales, and/or customer experience
Demonstrated customer service mindset
Strong leadership, training and mentoring skills
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Compensation Package Includes Competitive Pay and Potential Bonus – $18‑$22 per hour base plus commission.
