Key Accountabilities

Design and develop brand and core product knowledge materials that educate store associates on the brand’s heritage, product offering, craftsmanship details, and materials.

Create product knowledge materials for seasonal launches to ensure store associates are equipped to sell seasonal priorities.

Create and edit video content for product as well as for the development of engaging selling tools on an ad‑hoc basis.

Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising, Design, Marketing) to gather all relevant product information necessary for content creation and testing.

Support Sr. Manager, GTM Strategy in project management and process improvement of both testing and content creation.

Develop content in various formats, including interactive learning modules, quick‑reference guides, and videos.

Partner with global teams to onboard and/or troubleshoot within the learning platform and ensure tools are applicable or adaptable to all regions.

Support content maintenance within the learning management system (publishing content, troubleshooting, uploading content in library, etc.).

Maintain and update product knowledge library to ensure store associates have access to the most current tools.

Support training effectiveness by developing engagement tracking tools (quizzes) and pulling compliance reporting.

Experience & Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

2+ years of experience in product education, merchandising, or a similar role within the fashion or luxury retail industry. Passion for product is a must.

Experience developing training content in multiple formats (digital learning modules, written guides, and/or video), with an ability to align content with brand priorities.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).

Proficiency in video creation and editing tools (iMovie/Premier).

Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and translate product details into engaging, digestible content.

Propensity to understand a variety of products and categories inclusive of style, materials, craftsmanship, and associated selling strategies.

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong cross‑functional relationships.

Comfortable using learning management systems (LMS), digital training platforms or onboarding into new platforms.

Strong project, organizational, and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
