As a Product Manager, you'll support a consumer card management product that enables financial institutions to deliver secure, intuitive, and scalable credit card management experiences to their retail clients. This leader assists with the execution of the roadmap, assists with client billing research, review of SOW and other business and revenue-related goals. The Product Manager collaborates closely with a Senior Product Manager who is setting vision and establishing a high-level roadmap. This role works closely with vendors, billing and finance, implementation teams and other product team members to help deliver a cohesive, revenue-generating product that empowers consumers to manage their cards. What you will be doing
Help maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to market needs. Communicate clear expectations and priorities. Stay current on painpoints, user experience trends and regulatory expectations to drive continuous product improvement. Gather insights through analytics, client feedback, and beta programs; synthesize findings into product enhancements. Understand business characteristics and their card management needs (e.g., spend controls, reporting, integrations). Partner with product team and vendor to ensure features are well defined and meet acceptance criteria. Work with billing teams and finance to ensure revenue goals are met. Monitor KPIs (usage, revenue, client satisfaction, operational performance). Ensure that audit trails, reporting features, and administrative controls support FI compliance needs. Leverage product analytics to evaluate feature performance and guide prioritization. Communicate roadmap and status to stakeholders clearly and consistently. What you will need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent experience. Experience with digital user trends and card-related products or programs. Understanding of card controls, reporting, and consumer digital financial. Strong thought leader with ability to convert market needs into clear product solutions. Skilled in communicating priorities and cross-team coordination. Passion to challenge the status quo and drive innovative solutions. Excellent communicator capable of influencing key stakeholders and motivating teams. Added bonus if you have
Experience with business or commercial credit card programs. Exposure to virtual cards, alerts, expense management workflows, or fraud insights. Understanding of financial institution operations and regulatory considerations impacting card solutions. What we offer you
