Job Overview We’re looking for a strategic, people‑first leader to build and scale a high‑performing Renewals team within our Direct Sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to combine frontline leadership with hands‑on deal strategy—driving predictable renewal outcomes, maximizing multi‑year revenue, and reducing churn risk.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Renewals Specialists to exceed targets and grow their careers

Drive a value‑based renewal motion that improves GRR and NRR

Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Field Operations

Own renewal execution excellence—from pipeline hygiene to forecasting accuracy

Identify opportunities to scale processes, improve efficiency, and elevate team performance

Step into complex, high‑risk renewals to secure the best outcomes

Qualifications

6+ years in renewals, sales, or account management (B2B SaaS/enterprise software)

Proven success leading teams and driving retention metrics (GRR/NRR)

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

A passion for coaching, developing talent, and building scalable processes

The ability to influence cross‑functional partners and lead through change
