Founding Product Marketing Lead (AI-Native Finance)
t0.ai, San Francisco, CA, United States
About the Role
This is not a traditional product marketing role. You will be the founding marketing hire at t0.ai, responsible for defining how an entirely new category is understood, adopted, and scaled.
You’ll operate as a builder—not a function owner—working across Product, Engineering, and Commercial to turn deep technical capability into market momentum.
This role is based in San Francisco.
What You’ll Do
Own the narrative:
Craft positioning and messaging that turns technical depth into clear, differentiated value
Write founder-level content:
Produce high‑signal essays, product deep dives, and explainers that shape how the market understands AI in finance
Design growth loops:
Work with Product to embed distribution and virality into the user experience
Execute Full‑Funnel Experiments:
Lead an evidence‑based experimentation program—landing page A/B tests to onboarding optimizations—to drive self‑serve acquisition and activation
Understand the customer deeply:
Conduct user interviews, analyze product data (SQL, Amplitude/PostHog), and refine ICP and Jobs‑to‑Be‑Done
Lead launches:
Build and execute high‑velocity launch playbooks across product releases
Enable revenue:
Turn product truth into sales leverage through sharp narratives, frameworks, and collateral
Build the foundation:
Establish the systems, processes, and standards for marketing at t0.ai
Who You Are We’re looking for people who meet the core requirements. The rest is a bonus.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or product management within B2B SaaS, fintech, or developer tools
Proven track record of operating in zero‑to‑one or highly ambiguous environments
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical products into clear, compelling narratives
Experience with product‑led growth and running experiments across funnels and onboarding
Strong cross‑functional instincts—comfortable working directly with Product, Engineering, and Sales
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI, data infrastructure, developer tools, or financial systems
Comfort discussing APIs, technical architecture, and system design at a high level
Hands‑on experience with analytics tools (SQL, Amplitude, PostHog, etc.)
Experience building GTM strategies for new product categories or “startup within a startup” environments
