Marketing Analytics Manager – Acrisure Awareness & Growth Marketing Team (Boston, MA or Austin, TX) Full‑time role. No C2C or C2H; no visa sponsorship.

The Role As the Marketing Analytics Manager you will build upon a best‑in‑class marketing analytics competency and own the analytics roadmap for Acrisure’s marketing team. You will develop models to optimize ROI, collaborate closely with marketing on test designs and analyses to increase brand awareness, and lead stewardship of marketing data hygiene. Your work will deliver data visualizations and actionable insights that inform strategic marketing investment decisions, driving the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Partner with marketing leadership to define objectives and KPIs across the marketing funnel, from brand awareness to conversion.

Work with the marketing team on website A/B testing to increase time on site and lower bounce rate.

Partner with other analytics teams to drive a single source of truth for KPIs while progressing data quality and data democratization.

Collaborate with the data engineering team to manage data collection, transformation, and storage practices.

Proactively propose innovative approaches for leveraging marketing analytics to drive business outcomes, balancing immediate needs with long‑term strategic objectives.

Evaluate new opportunities, synthesize and translate findings, develop go‑forward plans, and create tools to guide and monitor execution.

Lead the creation of compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards that communicate the narrative of our marketing initiatives.

Optimize reporting processes and implement automated alerts to identify and address potential issues and opportunities promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering); advanced degree a plus.

8+ years of business analytics experience, including 4+ years in media buying teams, preferably in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.

Experience defining a clear, innovative marketing analytics strategy with a robust roadmap and delivering against it.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders on strategic direction through data‑backed recommendations.

Strong expertise in data manipulation and analysis using SQL (Python and R experience a plus); adept at constructing and optimizing advanced queries for complex data sets (BigQuery experience a plus).

Technical expertise in mining and modeling data with ability to create views, tables, or schedule queries for data democratization.

Strong knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools.

Experience with media platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.

Experience with experimental design (A/B and multivariate tests) and statistical analysis to drive business decision‑making.

Excellent communication skills and ability to tailor messaging to technical and non‑technical audiences.

The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000, based on skills, experience, qualifications, location and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
