Key Responsibilities
Oversee all facets of Room Service and Private Bar departments. Supervise consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for guest rooms & suites. Maintain par stocks of inventory for Room Service and Private Bar. Manage hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of staff. Ensure cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting compliance. Required Qualifications
Strong Food and Beverage experience with thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting. One to two years of previous employment in a related position. College degree preferred. EEO Statement
