Synthesize complex timelines and source material into clear, compelling narratives.

Write structured long‑form scripts optimized for YouTube pacing and retention.

Fact‑check all details to ensure accuracy and credibility.

Organize and document sources for internal records and verification.

Maintain a victim‑centered tone that balances empathy with clarity.

Collaborate with producers and editors to refine structure and narrative flow.

Deliver scripts aligned with weekly production timelines.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing or a related field.
