Responsibilities
Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
Qualifications
Real estate license or pursuing the required
Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude
Willingness to learn new tools, mindsets, systems, and technologies
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
Show good organizational and time management skills
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
An established track record of successful real estate sales Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
Compensation $100,000 - $200,000+ commission only OTE
