Field Service Representative (FSR) – Weapons Planning Center, Washington, DC

We are seeking a Field Service Representative to support the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land‑Attack Missile program. The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining computing and information security controls in compliance with government regulations.

Position Responsibilities

Perform system and application support for the Tomahawk Mission Planning Center (TMPC)

Serve as the primary customer interface with the WPC Test and Evaluation Team

Maintain Information Assurance and cybersecurity compliance for the TMP system, assist operational planners, ensure day‑to‑day system availability, and provide phone support

Analyze and maintain the TMP database using NGA products and Military Intelligence Database (MIDB)

Update cybersecurity posture on a monthly and quarterly basis

Support system installations and problem resolution at the site

Diagnose, maintain, and repair hardware and software issues on‑site

Coordinate with other Tapestry FSRs at U.S. and U.K. Navy CMSA sites

Collaborate with Tapestry St. Louis engineers for problem resolution

Basic Qualifications (Required)

Active U.S. Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

3+ years of experience supporting IT systems and applications

3+ years of experience with information assurance/cybersecurity requirements

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IAT Level 2 certification per DoD Instruction 8570 (8140)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

1+ year experience with Windows 11 operating system

1+ year experience with SQL database administration

1+ year experience executing DoD STIGs for Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, and RedHat Linux 9

2+ years experience in mission planning

Security Clearance
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. (A clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active. U.S. Citizenship is required.)

Summary base‑pay range: $129,600 – $140,000.
