Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role, primarily based in Toms River, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, assist with buying, selling, and renting real properties, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process. Other responsibilities include networking to generate leads, showcasing properties, conducting market analysis, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License and familiarity with associated legal and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in customer service and cultivating long-term client relationships
Strong expertise in Real Estate practices and experience with real property transactions
Proven Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Familiarity with the local New Jersey real estate market is preferred
Experience using CRM tools and real estate technology platforms is a plus
