We’re looking for a dedicated leasing agent who can help us grow our community and meet occupancy goals.
Key Role Responsibilities
Greet and engage prospective renters and residents, providing tours and information about the Community.
Apply sales techniques to lease apartments and maintain a strong closing ratio.
Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a welcoming Community atmosphere.
Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and generating new leads.
Perform lease administration tasks such as application processing, credit checks, and renewals.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, unit availability, and resident correspondence.
Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals and ensure property presentation standards.
Manage shared amenities and support Community events and programs.
Our Ideal Candidate
2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations.
Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
