
Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist

Our client is a global, technology-driven investment and management firm. They seek a Immigration and Global Mobility Specialist to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key point of contact for all global immigration matters, supporting end-to-end work authorization, visa applications, and compliance across the U.S., the UK, Luxembourg, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Bermuda
Guide recruiters and hiring managers on options for new hires and transfers, assess eligibility, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure timely, accurate cases
Manage audits, maintain documentation, and deliver training on best practices
Lead relocations, support tax and compliance needs, manage assignment documentation, and partner with payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless international moves
Drive process improvements through automation and data-driven insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
10-12 years of relevant immigration and global mobility experience
Experience with immigration program management
Knowledge of U.S and international immigration processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to advise stakeholders at all levels on immigration strategy, timelines, and requirements
Solid organizational, analytical, and project management skills
Experience using technology and process improvements
