Customer Service & Sales Specialist (Manufacturing / Industrial)

You’ll support customers, drive revenue through upselling, and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage inbound customer inquiries, quotes, and order requests
Provide pricing, availability, and lead times based on production schedules
Identify
upsell and cross-sell opportunities
to drive revenue
Coordinate with production, shipping, and sales teams
Track orders and proactively communicate updates
Handle returns, credits, and issue resolution
Maintain CRM records and generate Excel reports
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of inside sales and/or customer service experience REQUIRED
Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution background strongly preferred
Experience with quoting, pricing, and order processing
Strong communication and customer relationship skills
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) + Excel reporting
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual is a plus
