Overview Bridges Health is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join the team at St. Ann's Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Oklahoma City! As Oklahoma's only

Summary Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare‑certified facility.

Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.

Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.

Requirements

Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

2+ years of Nursing Home Administration experience.

Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Desired Experience

Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills.

Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
