We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused
Internal Sales Manager
to lead and support occupancy growth within our assisted living community. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, guiding families through the decision‑making process, and converting leads into move‑ins.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound leads (calls, website inquiries, walk‑ins)
Conduct tours for prospective residents and families
Build relationships and guide families through the admissions process
Maintain consistent follow‑up to convert leads into move‑ins
Track and manage leads using a CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to drive occupancy goals
Coordinate move‑ins and ensure a smooth transition for new residents
Participate in community events and internal marketing initiatives
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or business development (healthcare or senior living preferred)
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑up skills
Experience with CRM systems (Sherpa, Yardi, Salesforce, etc. preferred)
Compassionate, professional, and customer‑focused approach
Ability to work some evenings/weekends as needed
