We are seeking a Director of Rooms who will lead front‑desk and housekeeping operations at Hotel Vin Rogers, an upscale boutique property with over 120 rooms and suites. The role requires a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong record in guest service leadership. Eligibility
Minimum of 5 years of experience in front desk or housekeeping operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ideal Candidate

Leadership background with a proven track record of growing other hotel or restaurant departments. Passion for working outside the office, in the spaces where the hotel’s magic happens.
