Technical Sales Representative

We're seeking a Technical Sales Representative to manage a designated geographic market. You'll be responsible for providing timely service to our customers, whether through regular communication or in-person site visits. The ideal candidate will be located in Wyoming or Montana, with a territory assigned based on location. A strong mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills are essential for you to effectively learn and explain our products' technical details to customers.

Location:

Remote - Home Office (Rocky Mountain Region - Colorado, Montana or Wyoming preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

Find and pursue new sales leads.

You'll proactively sell equipment for dry bulk material handling, processing, and dust collection/pollution control

Cultivate customer relationships.

Meet with existing clients and potential customers to understand their needs, recommend solutions, and sell additional products and services

Act as a customer advocate.

Troubleshoot various customer issues and coordinate with factory personnel to ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively

Manage the sales cycle.

You will deliver sales presentations, follow up with key decision-makers, and provide regular updates on open sales opportunities

A Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or technical school is required. An engineering degree is preferred, but we will consider relevant work experience in a related field as an equivalent

2-5 years of experience in technical sales is necessary, preferably with bulk material handling equipment

The ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required for this role

Prior success in industrial engineered product sales to end‑users is helpful, but not required

Experience with dry bulk material handling is beneficial, but not essential

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation

$60,000/yr base salary paid bi‑weekly with additional performance‑based bonus potential - Quarterly Commission Payouts, Spot Bonuses and OTE Target
