Overview Leasing Managers at AVE are seasoned sales professionals that play a hands‑on role in driving results for their community's leasing program. They take full ownership for all activities related to our luxury apartment rentals, including leasing, move‑ins, and renewals. Successful Leasing Managers build relationships with prospects and residents to learn about their needs and exceed their expectations. They have extremely strong follow‑up skills and are passionate about selling the AVE lifestyle and closing leases.

Ideal Candidate

You have a strong understanding of the leasing process and love to connect with prospects to meet their needs.

You are sales-oriented and regularly hit the road, pounding the pavement to create leads through cold calling, networking, and driving your territory.

You have marketing savvy; you will collaborate with marketing leadership to generate leads, plan resident events, and serve as Community Manager of the community's social media channels.

You are a people‑person and enjoy building relationships with Realtors and insurance agents and attending community and professional events.

You have killer time‑management skills to organize and balance research, touring, operations, outreach, and relationship management.

You have a “yes” approach to customer service and provide a high level of service to all residents.

You hold yourself to high standards of professional presentation.

You have social media skills and can master industry tools and programs.

You are flexible and know when and where to create business opportunities.

Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of proven sales/leasing experience.

Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience preferred.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases.

Networking and outreach experience preferred.

Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus).

Schedule flexibility to prioritize and pivot to business and prospect needs.

Must have a reliable source of transportation.

Schedule Must be available to work the required full‑time schedule of Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation

$55,000–$65,000 /year

Individual compensation decisions will vary as the annual base compensation range provided is approximate and determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, and geographic location. AVE also offers additional bonus potential paid out on a monthly and/or quarterly basis (dependent upon the position), which is not included in the base compensation range listed above.
