Hardware Customer Service Representative Location:

Easley, SC (other locations include Seneca, Pendleton, Greenville, Anderson, Simpsonville, Greer; potential new store locations).

We are a fast growing company with seven current locations. We are looking for a motivated Hardware Sales Associate in our Easley location that has experience in growing our business while truly has a passion for our customers.

Job Description As a Hardware Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Landscapers Supply, you are the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that our customers rely on. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming experience, providing expert guidance, and ensuring each customer leaves with the solutions they need for their home or professional projects. With your positive attitude and dedication to exceptional service, you’ll help maintain our reputation as the go-to resource for homeowners and professionals alike. Whether assisting customers in-store, answering questions, or offering product recommendations, you’ll be at the heart of making every visit to Landscapers Supply a success.

Responsibilities

Greet and listen to customers

Identify needed products and provide professional solutions

Check out customers at the cash register

Contact customers for pickup orders

Stock, organize and clean the hardware department

Complete inventory counts between serving customers

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of tools and hardware

Ability to have positive and friendly interactions with customers

Ability to be organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

Ability to have clear communication with colleagues

Desired Qualifications

Experience working in a hardware store

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs.
