Internship Overview Brown and Caldwell invites students to join our Marketing Team for a summer internship. The internship offers real‑life, hands‑on experience under the mentorship of industry leaders, with responsibilities that support project objectives and contribute to community impact.

Responsibilities

Organize, tag, and craft project descriptions in our database to gain understanding of our projects and clients.

Align client strategy materials in the database to create a central repository.

Conduct research on competition and client background materials to support Business Development activities.

Assist with social media communications to support conferences and other industry events.

Successfully manage and deliver assignments on time, demonstrating strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Work independently and with teams in a virtual platform.

Complete an Internship Capstone project demonstrating skill development, learning, and accomplishments gained during the summer internship.

Desired Skills and Experience

Enrolled as a student seeking a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Enrollment for the 2025–2026 academic year and plan to continue into Fall 2026.

Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Requirements This position is subject to a pre‑employment background check and a pre‑employment drug test.

Work Schedule and Location Full‑time schedule of 40 hours per week with potential for hybrid work schedules and fieldwork.

Pay

Location A: $18.40 – $25.20 per hour

Location B: $20.20 – $27.70 per hour

Location C: $22.00 – $30.20 per hour
