Director, Workforce Planning & Analysis (Remote)

Role Summary Lead the Workforce Intelligence team for the Raytheon business unit, providing strategic analysis and consulting to HR and business leaders, deploying self‑service solutions, and driving workforce planning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the CHRO and business stakeholders on strategic analysis, managing requests and consulting on workforce metrics.

Drive operationalization of HR self‑service solutions, including dashboards, automations, and AI.

Establish cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Digital, and other functions, translating strategy into priorities and use cases.

Provide thought leadership and input for the roadmap and capabilities of the Workforce Intelligence COE.

Lead delivery and consulting on key workforce metrics, supporting HR leadership with insights.

Lead workforce planning initiatives, establishing governance and supporting implementation of new technology.

Enable stakeholders to leverage forecasting outcomes and operationalize strategic workforce planning across the business.

Partner with HR COE’s on standardized metrics across HR programs such as talent, total rewards, listening, and organization health.

Lead and inspire a team of analysts, providing technical direction, mentoring, and fostering growth.

Manage discovery and demand management of requests, prioritizing against business goals and stakeholder reviews.

Drive implementation of CORE operating system and establish processes and metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with at least 14 years in People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Human Capital Consulting; or an advanced degree with a minimum of 12 years.

Minimum 5 years of leadership and people management experience.

Experience producing strategic workforce analysis and consulting senior leaders.

Knowledge of systems implementation and working with large project teams.

Experience with forecasting, workforce planning, and advanced analytics within HR.

Experience building business cases and measuring impact of solutions.

Experience delivering senior leader reviews and storyboards to drive decisions through data.

Experience operating and collaborating across multiple levels and managing emerging priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long‑term strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Project Management: Ability to manage work in a project‑based manner, handling stakeholders, reviews, timelines, and risks.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams, focusing on innovation and execution excellence.

Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $186,200 – $353,800 USD. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.

Location This is a remote role with the possibility to work hybrid from Farmington, CT or Texas.
