$60,000 base + performance bonus (up to 100% of base) + equity + health insurance stipend

Role Overview We are hiring a
Marketing Agency Associate
to help manage client relationships, execute marketing initiatives, and support sales efforts for new agency clients. This role sits at the intersection of startup marketing, venture capital exposure, and founder collaboration.
You will work closely with CEOs of healthcare startups and partner directly with the CEO of Healthcare Shares — an alumnus of Harvard Business School and London Business School — gaining hands‑on experience in early-stage company building.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in healthcare startups, venture ecosystems, or growth marketing. Ideal for recent college graduate.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with healthcare startup clients and serve as a primary point of contact
Coordinate and support LinkedIn investor marketing campaigns
Assist with pitch positioning, messaging, and campaign execution
Help onboard new agency clients and support sales conversations
Collaborate on growth strategies for startup founders
Track campaign performance and client deliverables
Support internal marketing and operational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Interest in healthcare innovation, startups, or venture capital
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetComfort working directly with founders and senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Prior marketing, startup, or client-facing experience is a plus
