
Client Executive- P&C Accounts

Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned insurance professional who wants to be part of an EPIC team. We want a leader who is versed in the property markets, can analyze clients’ risks and exposures, tailor and negotiate insurance programs, and work well with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Preferred experience in real‑estate/property and development is an advantage, but a minimum of 10 years in a Client Executive or similar role is required.
Location This role can be located in any of our Northern, CA offices with a hybrid work schedule—one day in office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients.
Analyze relevant client data (exposures, risk tolerance, loss experience, contractual obligations) to conduct new and renewal business marketing.
Provide market comparisons detailing coverage, rate information, and outline benefits or drawbacks of each option.
Make recommendations on proposed policy terms; review and negotiate endorsement language.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of business partners, including underwriters, London brokers, wholesale brokers, and other professional service providers.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to satisfy insurance obligations.
Lead strategic discussions with clients to identify evolving risk profiles and proactively recommend program enhancements.
Collaborate internally across EPIC’s team resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Education and/or Experience
10+ years as a Client Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Experience with structuring
egotiating shared and layered insurance programs.
Experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap‑up programs and builders’ risk placements is a plus.
Compensation The national average salary for this role is $170,000 – $190,000 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits. Base pay will be determined based on experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.
