JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a seasoned insurance professional to join our EPIC team.

The ideal candidate is a leader who is versed in the property markets, capable of analyzing clients’ risks and exposures, and skilled at tailoring and negotiating insurance programs.

With a minimum of 10 years in a Client Executive or similar role, you will work independently, support marquee property owners and developers in the San Francisco Bay Area, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

LOCATION This role can be located in any of our Northern, CA offices with a hybrid work schedule (1 day in‑office).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary expert resource and first point of contact for clients.

Analyze relevant client data for new and renewal business to conduct successful marketing.

Provide market comparisons detailing coverage, rate information, and outline benefits or faults.

Make recommendations on proposed policy terms and negotiate endorsement language.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including underwriters, London brokers, wholesale brokers, and other professional service providers.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to satisfy insurance obligations.

Lead strategic discussions with clients to identify evolving risk profiles and recommend program enhancements.

Collaborate internally across EPIC’s team resources to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

10+ years as a Client Executive or similar role.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Experience structuring and negotiating shared and layered insurance programs.

Experience with OCIP/CCIP wrap‑up programs and builders’ risk placements is a plus.

COMPENSATION The national average salary for this role is $175,000.00 – $190,000.00 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses or benefits.

Salary will be based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and internal equity.
